Syuzanna is a Head of the Nur-Sultan and Tashkent offices. She advised financial investors and corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructuring. Syuzanna has also particular experience in the energy sector.

Divya is an international corporate lawyer currently based in Shanghai. Having worked in three jurisdictions, India, USA and China in the past six years, Divya specializes in advising both large and medium-sized corporations and private equity funds in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She is admitted to practice law in India and New York.

Adrija is an international dispute resolution attorney in India. Adrija specialises in litigation, arbitration, negotiation and mediation on a wide range of disputes involving corporate, commercial, criminal and civil matters. She also advises on estate planning. She is licensed to practice law in India and New York. 

Jacky  specializes in a wide array of matters in relation to Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. In the past 15 years, he has worked closely with many European multinational corporations and has assisted them in navigating through several business operational issues in the Chinese markets including liaising with the Chinese government authorities.
