Biography 

Adrija specialises in litigation, arbitration, negotiation and mediation on a wide range of disputes involving corporate, commercial, criminal and civil matters. She also advises on estate planning. She is licensed to practice law in India and New York.

Recent professional experience

• Advised and represented Union of India in a civil suit against Vodafone PLC involving investor-state treaty arbitrations, bilateral investment protection agreements and international jurisprudence
• Advised on a dispute related to procurement and supply of natural gas before the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board
• Advised and represented Delhi Police in a criminal appeal involving Section 302 (punishment for murder) of the Indian Penal Code
• Advised and appeared for a real estate company in a trademark infringement suit before the High Court of Delhi
