Biography
Jacky specializes in specializes in a wide array of matters in relation to Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. In the past 15 years, he has worked closely with many European multinational corporations and has assisting them in navigating through several business/operational issues in the Chinese markets including liaising with the Chinese government authorities.

- Assisted a French trading company in resolving a dispute with its logistics provider
- Assisted a leading German auto manufacturing company in relocation of its existing plant, employees transfer plan, transfer of intellectual property rights, assets disposal, labor disputes and government relationship
